- Professional development activities relevant to HAZOPs and/or workshop facilitation, and
- Significant HAZOP experience where the applicant has undertaken the role of HAZOP facilitator, scribe or another key role
Please ensure these are clearly demonstrated in your CV and/or Responsible Statement.
