We look forward to receiving your application to extend the validity of your FS Engineer (TÜV Rheinland) Certificate for Process Hazard & Risk Analysis.
Your certificate can be extended for 10 years after the 1st extension has expired.
The requirement for extension is:
- Re-sit and pass the exam.
- Proof of continuous experiences in Functional Safety project work since holding the FS Engineer (TÜV Rheinland) certificate.
Please ensure these are clearly demonstrated in the form sheet provided by TÜV Rheinland.
