The course is aimed at personnel working within operations, maintenance, engineering and other support functions who need to have a basic awareness of human factors.
What prior study is recommended?
A basic understanding of the course subject area is beneficial but not essential.

- Recognise how factors such as fatigue, alertness and communication can influence human performance.
- Identify practical measures to reduce the likelihood of errors and incidents in the workplace.
